    • As a Policy Aide worked to develop and pass the City’s Inclusionary Zoning to require developers to build affordable housing stock in All Minneapolis Neighborhoods 

    • Worked to help pass the 2019 Renter’s Protection Ordinance 

    • Currently working on a policy to reduce homelessness and address encampments humanely 

    • Helped develop a funding path to begin working on bringing an Avivo Village Tiny Homes location to South Minneapolis 

  • Environmental Justice 

    • Worked for the last year to develop pathways to realize the East Phillips community vision for the Roof Depot Site

    • Worked to organize her workplace to unionize
